Every photo on this page was taken by Paul on the job it sits beside, in the suburb named. No stock images and no staged shots. Where a job has a before, a middle and an after you get all three, because the part behind the wall is the part that matters, and it is the part most websites leave out.
Newest first. The older jobs further down are labelled by job type and council area while the suburbs are added as owners say yes.
Monarch Civil & Plumbing's recent jobs across South West Sydney: laundry and bathroom renovation plumbing, stormwater upgrades, trenchless bores under driveways, hot water installs and NBN pit and pipe. Every photo is from the job shown, the suburb is named wherever the owner is happy for it to be, and every job came with a price before the work started.
Renovation plumbing · Edmondson Park, Liverpool council area · plumbing by Monarch, joinery and tiling by the owner’s trades

A near-new house in Edmondson Park with the laundry every house in the estate was handed over with: the standard tub, two wall taps on a strip of tiles, and a bare wall with a batten waiting for cupboards that never came. The owner wanted a laundry that worked: a full-length stone bench with an inset sink and mixer, the washer and dryer side by side underneath, and overhead cupboards. Before the cabinet maker could measure up, the plumbing had to move.
Paul's part was the rough-in and the fit-off. The wall came open at two points so the hot and cold could be re-run in PEX through the noggins, with crimp fittings on the copper tails and the old wall tap outlets removed. The washing machine stops and the waste were set at the height the new bench and the appliances needed, the tub and its taps came out, and once the stone was down the mixer and the inset sink went in. Nothing on the surface shows how much moved behind it, which is the point.
The detail that matters is in the third photo. The stops and the waste sit exactly where the appliances need them, not where the builder left them, so there are no hoses looped across the back of the cabinet and nothing to kink or leak behind a machine nobody will pull out for ten years. Quoted before the wall was opened, finished so the cabinet maker and tiler never had to wait for the plumber. Renovations and new builds explains how we quote this kind of work, and the Edmondson Park page covers what else we see in the estate.

Yes. Ring or WhatsApp and say what the job is, and Paul will send photos of similar work from the phone, not from a stock library. The jobs on this page are the ones owners have been happy to have shown.
Yes. Paul photographs the job before, during and after, and the photos go on the invoice so you can see what was done behind the wall or under the ground. Property managers use them to approve work without a site visit.
Only if you say so. Most jobs never appear here, and nothing that identifies a house, a street number or a person is published. If you are happy for a job to be shown with the suburb named, tell Paul on the day.
Yes, from the rough-in to the fit-off, working in with your cabinet maker, tiler and builder so they are never waiting on the plumber. See renovations and new builds for how we quote it.
