Start with the symptom and we will point you at the right page. Water where it should not be, a wet patch that will not dry, a meter that ticks over with every tap off: leaks and burst pipes. Inspect and quote
Paul comes out, finds the actual fault (camera, pressure test or multimeter, not a guess) and gives you a price. No call-out fee; you only pay if you go ahead.
Fix it properly
The work is done by the person who quoted it, usually in one visit, with a compliance certificate where one is required, an itemised invoice with photos, and a lifetime workmanship guarantee.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Paul inspects the job and quotes it. You only pay if you go ahead, and the rate is the same day or night.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Everything within about 20 km of Austral: the Liverpool, Fairfield, Camden and Campbelltown council areas and the Macarthur region. Every suburb has its own page under service areas.
Are you a licensed plumber and gas fitter?
Yes. NSW licence 488158C covers plumbing, drainage and gasfitting, Monarch is insured for plumbing and telecommunications work, and compliance certificates are issued for every job that needs one.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Washers, flexi hoses, a running toilet, a dishwasher connection or an outside tap get the same standard and the same guarantee as a new hot water system.
Do you work for real estate agents and builders?
