Renovation plumbing is two visits that have to be right: the rough-in, before the walls close, and the fit-off, after the tiler's gone. Get the first wrong and the second is misery.
We do both, and we work to the drawings, or help you make them work.
We provide rough-in and fit-off plumbing for bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations, complete plumbing and drainage for granny flats, duplexes and knockdown-rebuilds, and hydraulic services for builders and developers across South West Sydney and the Macarthur region. Sewer, water and stormwater connections are done in-house with our own excavator, and all work comes with the required NSW compliance certificates.
Bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations
Rough-in: new water and waste positions, moving a toilet or shower, running for a freestanding bath or a wall-hung pan, floor waste and shower grate set-outs. Fit-off: taps, mixers, toilets, basins, baths and the final testing. We coordinate with your tiler, waterproofer and builder so nobody's waiting on anybody.
Granny flats, duplexes and knockdown-rebuilds
The whole hydraulic package: sewer and water connections to the mains, stormwater to the street or an absorption system, internal water and drainage, hot water, and gas coordination where required. Hydraulic services for builders and developers
Small-to-medium residential developments (townhouses, duplexes, dual occupancies) from hydraulic drawings to Certificate of Compliance. Because we also run NBN pit and pipe and civil drainage, one contractor can trench for hydraulics and comms on the same site and save a mobilisation.
How we quote renovation work
From plans or a site visit, itemised by stage (rough-in, fit-off, drainage, hot water), with fixtures either supplied by you or quoted separately. Variations are agreed before they're done. No surprises at the fit-off.

How much does bathroom renovation plumbing cost?
It depends on how much moves. Keeping fixtures where they are is cheapest; relocating a toilet or shower means new drainage and adds time. We quote by stage from your plan or a site visit so you can compare like for like.
Can you do the plumbing for a granny flat in Sydney?
Yes, sewer, water and stormwater connections, internal plumbing, hot water and the compliance certificates. We handle Sydney Water's requirements for the connection and coordinate with your builder or certifier.
Do you work with builders on new homes and duplexes?
Yes. We take on hydraulic services for residential builders and small developers across South West Sydney and the Macarthur region, including sites where we're also doing the NBN pit and pipe.
Do I need compliance certificates for renovation plumbing?
In NSW, plumbing and drainage work must be done by a licensed plumber and a Certificate of Compliance is issued for the work. We supply it as standard and lodge the Notice of Work where required.
