New back-to-wall toilet suite installed in a renovated bathroom
New back-to-wall toilet suite installed in a renovated bathroom

The small jobs are the ones that quietly cost you money. A toilet that runs after every flush can waste hundreds of litres a day, and a tap dripping once a second is a bathtub a week.

We fix them properly, with the right parts, in one visit.

Short answer

We repair and install toilets, cisterns, taps, mixers and household fixtures across South West Sydney and the Macarthur region: running toilets, dripping taps, new mixer taps, dishwasher and washing machine connections, water filters and bidets. Sydney 2026 price guides put leaking tap repairs at $92-$300 and toilet repairs at $92-$400; new installations are quoted on the spot.

Toilet repairs and replacement

Running toilets are usually a worn outlet washer or a float set too high; a toilet that won't flush properly is often a cracked inlet valve or a failed cistern seal. We carry the common cistern parts, and if the suite is old enough that parts are gone, we'll fit a new one the same day.

Taps and mixers

Old-style taps need washers, seats and O-rings; mixer taps need cartridges. Both are cheap fixes. Where a tap body is corroded or the chrome's gone, a new tap set or mixer is often the better spend. We'll bring options or fit the one you've bought.

Installations

Dishwashers, washing machine taps, fridge water lines, under-sink water filters, bidet seats, new basins and sinks, laundry tubs and outdoor taps. All plumbed to standard, with the compliance certificate where the work needs one.

What it costs

Sydney 2026 price guides: leaking tap repairs $92 to $300; toilet repairs $92 to $400; new taps and shower heads generally under $350; new toilets, sinks or basins generally under $600 installed (excluding the fixture). We confirm the price before we start. A toilet that will not clear is on its own page: blocked toilet.

From recent jobs

A blocked sink is usually a drain job rather than a tap job: grease and food in the trap, cleared with a plunger or the jetter. If the sink is slow and the tap is fine, ring and say so and we will bring the right gear.

Toilets & taps: questions we get asked

Why does my toilet keep running after flushing?

Usually the outlet valve washer has worn or the float is set so water spills into the overflow. Both are quick repairs. Left alone, a running toilet can waste hundreds of litres a day and show up on your water bill.

Can you install a toilet I've bought myself?

Yes. Check the set-out (distance from wall to the waste) matches your existing one, or send us a photo and we'll tell you before you buy. We supply seals, connectors and the compliance paperwork.

Do you install dishwashers and washing machines?

Yes, water connection, drainage and a proper stop tap so you can isolate the appliance. If there's no tap or waste where the appliance is going, we'll run one.

Is a dripping tap worth fixing or should I replace it?

A washer or cartridge is a small fix and worth doing. If the tap body is corroded, the spindle is seized or matching parts are no longer made, a new tap set is the better spend and we'll say so.
